Sign agreement

The next step is to sign a conditional agreement and seek legal advice from your lawyer to confirm the terms. The agreement will lay out all the terms and conditions including the build time frame, the materials used and what’s included.

Due diligence

This is your time to undertake due diligence. The team at Chelverton will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have and provide recommendations. When you are ready to confirm, the contract will become unconditional and you will need to pay a deposit.
